Deliveries

When will I receive my order?

We offer an extensive range of flooring products and deliver nationwide so delivery times vary depending on what we are delivering and where to. As a guide we say 3-5 working day delivery, however many of our customers receive their order sooner. Please note, some items may take longer from certain manufacturers such as Forbo and NORA as they are stocked outside the UK. Personalised items such as nosings and vinyl cut to size may extend delivery times.

Any delivery date indicated to you is intended as an estimate only so please do not make any arrangements for the products to be used before you have taken delivery of them.

How will my order arrive?

We use the services of external couriers which may include large articulated lorries and all deliveries are made kerbside. For deliveries to flats/shared buildings, this still applies. Please advise customer services of any site delivery restrictions including but not limited to: no waiting, time restrictions, red routes, low bridges and narrow roads. Please ensure you have the correct equipment necessary to manoeuvre goods as flooring especially rolls of vinyl and linoleum can be very heavy.

What if I miss the delivery?

Small items such as certain accessories will be left in a safe and secure location, or with a neighbour if possible. Larger and higher priced items will need a photograph or signature and can't be left unattended, so someone will need to be available to accept delivery. If you are not available, delivery will be rescheduled at the earliest possible opportunity.

What if I order more than one item?

Sometimes, the quickest way to get your order to you is with separate deliveries. (Don't worry - you only have to pay the one delivery charge.) We try and co-ordinate this as much as possible, but there might be occasions your goods arrive on different days.

Can I collect my order?

Yes of course! However, many of the items we sell are large and bulky so the majority of customers would rather let us organise delivery! If you do want to collect your order, please ring us and we will advise on what to do next.

How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery charge is £15.00 ex VAT.

Can you deliver to my address?

We deliver across mainland UK so the chances are yes, we do! Regrettably, for some postcodes depending on the item, we may not be able to deliver and/or additional delivery charges may apply particularly if delivery is to any of these postcodes, please contact us to check before placing your order:

HS, IV, KW, ZE, PA, PH, AB, DD, LL, TR, BT

At this time, we are unable to deliver to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Shetland Isles and such like.
